First Day

Today was the first day of Experiments in Art and Technology and we were provided the opportunity to dismantle some toys... a very interesting experience indeed. The initial toy I had (top), a small "see and say," was broken, so that was anti-climactic after taking it completely apart. But after class I went out to get another musical toy, this time a glow worm toy for infants that sings songs and lights up. I haven't had the chance to play around with it yet but I did look inside to see what I had to experiment with. First I think I need to figure out what exactly I am looking at... because I am definitely a graphic design student, not an electrical engineer.
